Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Dirty Buoy gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dirty Buoy is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Items returned after 30 days
• Final sale items (if applicable)
